For overseas bookings, Students are required to fill up all details as indicated in the registration form upon arrival to EF Singapore. The Corporate Services team will also need to verify the originality of documents (if necessary) based on the supporting documents that are submitted.
Students will receive pre-course counselling before or upon arrival to Singapore. The Pre-Course Counselling Form will be signed on the first day at School. This includes informing students about how their fees are being protected by the School’s adopted Fee Protection Scheme.
For walk-ins, Potential students will fill in the Enrolment Form and submit it to the Corporate Services Team. During the pre-course counselling, the student is recommended suitable courses based on the their needs. The student then completes the Enrolment Form and submits all relevant documents and pays the registration fee. A member of the Corporate Services team verifies the originality of the supporting documents.
All newly enrolled students are required to go through the School’s orientation programme conducted by the Corporate Services team. Students are required to sign on the Registration Form, which includes orientation materials, to indicate that they have been oriented.
To make fee payments, please follow the instruction given by the EF Sales Office which provides you the admission service. If you enroll in our course at the School as a walk-in, the modes of payment available are: Bank/Telegraphic Transfer.

The Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) serves to protect the students' fees in the event a Private Education Institution (PEI) is unable to continue operations due to insolvency, and/or regulatory closure.
Furthermore, the FPS protects the student if the PEI fails to pay penalties or return fees to the student arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore courts.
FPS is compulsory for both local and international students taking courses at the School except for short courses with waiver granted by SSG
