Personalized language courses for adult learners

Each day brings unique activities that reflect the diversity of our locations. Depending on the course you choose, you’ll have 3–4 hours of language learning sessions a day. Each week, you’ll also have 2–4 activities tailored to adult learners that take place outside of the classroom. Our curriculum offers constant opportunities to improve your language skills, make international friends, explore new hobbies, and discover the city. Join activities with EF Staff and fellow adult students or enjoy the freedom to explore on your own.

Yes — join as a total beginner, or improve your existing skills. We'll assess your language level before you start and place you in a matching class. We guarantee measurable progress, with a full language level increase every six weeks if you attend all classes and complete all assignments.

We offer a range of on-campus and off-campus residences, shared apartments, hotels, and, in some locations, host families. Most adult learners choose residences or shared apartments. Our EF Advisors will help you select the best option based on your destination.
