The Training Table on-demand

Session #1: Setting target language levels for your global organization

With Dr. Christopher McCormick, Executive Vice President at EF

How fluent in a language do you need to be to do your job? This is a question on the minds of learning and development leaders who need to build cross-cultural capability.

The Training Table is a new virtual workshop series focusing on how to run successful training programs from those who have done it.

In this session, we will explore a framework that can help you quickly profile the language learning needs in your organization and set target language levels for training. Participants will get hands-on practice using a new tool that can support global talent management right away.
