Judith is a Director of Effective Learning Solutions (ELS) Ltd., and has worked in education, and learning and development for over thirty years. She is also the Vice-Chairman (Membership) of the British Institute for Learning and Development (BILD) and in 2003 was awarded the WOLCE ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Training Industry’ Award. Judith is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the BILD, and holds a degree in Education from Bristol University and a Master's degree in educational research from Nottingham University.
