As USA Country Manager, Josh is responsible for EF Corporate Solutions market presence and senior client relationships in the United States. He consults US Fortune 1000 L&D, HR, and Procurement executives on strengthening their organization’s “World Quotient” through language proficiency, cultural awareness, and executive education programs.
Josh joined EF in 2019 after 15 years in investment banking with Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Société Générale in London. Previously, he worked on strategic growth projects for Café Britt in Costa Rica. He holds a Bilingual MBA from IESE Business School (Barcelona), and a double B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Drew University (New Jersey). Josh is a keen road cyclist (including the 1 day/300km Swedish Vätternrundan) and a massive fan of EF’s World Tour team, EF Pro Cycling.
