Our Learning Guarantee
We’re confident that you will be satisfied with your EF course because we believe wholeheartedly in the quality of our teachers, school facilities and staff. That’s why we don’t think much of complicated learning guarantees that don’t promise very much after you’ve read all the fine print. Here’s EF’s promise to you: If, after having tried your best, you’re not satisfied with your progress, we’ll extend your course. Simple as that.
What’s a realistic learning goal?
You’ll always reach your learning goal at EF, if you have realistic expectations from the outset. That means you’ll advance one ability level about every six weeks if you are a Beginner at the outset of your course; you’ll advance one level about every 12 weeks if you are an Intermediate or higher at the outset. Remember, the more proficient you are at the outset, the longer it will take you to advance a level. That’s because the material becomes more complex at each progressive level toward fluency.
