We start by building an understanding of your goals for the language training program. Once we understand your needs, expectations and objectives, we work together to define specific target levels and performance indicators.

During this stage we make sure we fully understand your training needs and goals. We will help you to identify skills gaps and determine suitable target competency levels by employee group – this could be by job title, job function or business unit. In the following steps we set out a clear path for how to achieve the goals and outline the support we will provide to ensure success.

Based on your defined goals we design the optimal solution for your company. We will consult with you on the organizational challenges you face in relation to: the urgency of various employee groups’ training needs; your available budget; the location of employees; and the identified skills gap. We then make recommendations on which training solution to provide to which employee groups so that your objectives and timescales are fully met.

In this stage, we also design a project plan for a successful implementation of your language training program. EF has a number of resources to draw on to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible:

1. We will appoint an EF Central Project Manager to your company to act as your single point of contact for any queries or concerns you may have; this means you always speak to someone fully up-to-speed with the status of your project.

2. We will provide you with a starter pack of material to assist with communication and implementation of the plan for the language training program within your organization.

We work with you throughout the life of your training project holding regular project reviews, sharing best practice and using our experience to optimize your result. We constantly monitor and analyze results and proactively suggest solutions to improve and motivate learner progress as part of our quality assurance program. Throughout the delivery stage we provide project support to you as a Client as well as extensive support to your employees in training. These resources are fully owned by EF and are in place over the life of the project to ensure that you get the best possible results and return on your language training investment.
