All videos constructed and ‘posted’ in response to the theme “How will this internship shape your future?” will be automatically entered for a chance to win a one (1) three (3) month global internship, and country specific prizes (if any). The video must have a maximum length of three minutes to be considered
1.1 The country finalist will be elected by EF Education First Ltd based on the complete participant information and creativity and originality of the video created. The winner of each Country Final will be invited to the Global Final.
2.1. Entry to the Global Final will be granted to the winners of the Country Finals. In the Global Final, a concluding task and/or interview will be announced on which the finalists will be judged.
2.2. The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges chosen by EF. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision process. The prize will not be transferable to another person, and no part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. If an advertised prize is not available, EF Education First reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The closing date for the competition will be March, 31st 2011.
2.3 If you win a prize, you will be notified by EMAIL by April 7th , 2011. Winners will have 15 days from notification to accept their prize by replying to the email. Failure to acknowledge this email notification will result in forfeit of prize, and no recourse will be allowed. EF Education First Ltd will also announce the winners by April 5th, 2011 on the competition website. The competition is not open to employees of EF or their family members.

Except for Registrant Content, any Content appearing on the Website is the property of EF Education First Ltd or its licensors or suppliers and is www.ef.com/globalintern protected by copyright under the copyright laws of Switzerland and other countries. Registrants represent and warrant that (i) they will abide by the terms of this Agreement, (ii) the posting of Registrant Content does not violate any restrictions to which such Registrant is bound, (iii) Registrant Content submitted by them is accurate and does not and shall not infringe the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property law of any third party or defame or invade the publicity rights or the privacy of any person, living or deceased, and (iv) the submission of Registrant Content does not violate the terms of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations. Visitors represent and warrant that they will abide by the terms of this Agreement.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold EF Education First Ltd harmless from any claim, expense or demand, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree that under no circumstances will EF Education First Ltd be liable in any way for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any Registrant Content, and that each Registrant shall hold EF Education First Ltd harmless for (i) any errors or omissions in Registrant Content posted by such Registrant, or (ii) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of Registrant Content posted by such Registrant.

You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict of laws provisions thereof that would indicate the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction and you hereby submit to exclusive jurisdiction in the Swiss court system. You agree to receive service of process through certified mail or by other means sanctioned by law, and you expressly waive any claim of improper venue and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
