Deutsche Bank chooses EF as full service language provider
Deutsche Bank Russia is a universal bank with over 78,000 employees in 76 countries. It provides local, international, corporate and private clients with a broad range of financial services. These services include corporate finance and advisory, sales, trading, transaction banking, as well as private wealth management and asset management services. The largest Russian and multinational companies are among Deutsche Bank’s client base. The largest department within Deutsche Bank is Investment Banking IT. This department was established in 2000 with the task to improve Deutsche Bank Group’s operating activities processes on international financial markets, including the New York Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange, Tokyo Stock Exchange and Deutsche Boerse. The department is actively growing and continuously hiring new specialists.
The department had a huge demand to improve their English level since they were operating globally. They wanted a full-service provider with flexible and standardized English training programs that would accommodate their employees’ busy schedules.
They decided to use EF Language Learning Solutions (EF LLS) as their full service provider. Together with EF LLS they determined that both the online tool and in-company training formed the right solution for their needs.

As for the in-company solution, Deutsche Bank employees have the opportunity to take a class three times a week. The classes are held at the company with flexible hours, and lessons are tailor-made according to the students’ needs.
Today, Deutsche Bank works closely with EF LLS. Their employees have shown a genuine interest in studies as well as excellent results with the online and in-company solutions.
