Having fun is a big part of studying abroad. We are dedicated to making sure you have a fantastic time and experience all there is to offer.
Sightseeing & Culture
Take in city views from atop the iconic Eiffel Tower. Marvel at Notre Dame Cathedral’s stained-glass South Rose Window. Stroll down the wide sidewalks of the Champs Elysees. Sip café creme in the shadow of Montmartre’s Sacre Coeur Basilica. Come eye to eye with the Mona Lisa while browsing the galleries of the Louvre and get a glimpse of royal opulence on a tour of the palatial Chateau Versailles.
Shopping
Paris is the world’s fashion capital. You’ll find the high-end storefronts of luxury brand-names along the Champs Elysees, boutique shopping along the picturesque Canal St-Martin, trendy fashion houses in Le Marais and vintage wares in the Saint-Germain-des-Pres quarter. Satiate your senses at a neighborhood food market or search for curios at the Porte de Clignancourt flea market.
Sports & Outdoors
Glide through one of the city’s hippest neighborhoods on a Canal St. Martin boat tour. Picnic in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower on the Champ-de-Mars. Go off the beaten path while cycling through city streets. Cheer on tennis superstars as they battle on the French Open’s clay courts and watch cyclists whiz by as they approach the finish line of the Tour de France.
Excursions
Swim in the crystal waters of the Cote d’Azur, wander around the medieval villages of Provence, explore the fairy-tale fortifications of Mont Saint Michel and the chateaux of the Loire Valley. You’ll also have the chance to visit the neighboring countries of Belgium and the Netherlands.
Entertainment & Nightlife
Indulge at Bistro Dining in the iconic Café de Flore. Mingle with students from La Sorbonne at Latin Quarter cafés. Discover the avant-garde galleries of Belleville during the Portes Ouvertes events. Dance the night away at a lively nightclub in the Bastille neighborhood and see a cabaret performance at Pigalle’s iconic Moulin Rouge.
